Richard Alan Morgan is a metal sculptor with over 35 years of experience in the welding and fabrication field. What began as a trade transformed into an artistic practice following the tragic loss of his son in 2008. During long, sleepless nights in the shop, welding became both a form of healing and creative expression.
Today, Richard creates functional and non-functional metal sculptures that often incorporate reclaimed materials, giving new life and meaning to discarded steel. His work is driven by a desire to transform loss into beauty and to create pieces that connect with people emotionally while encouraging them to see the world a little differently.
